HEAD OFFICE CROONWOLTER&DROS

Following a far-reaching revitalisation process, the MM25 building, sited at a high-profile location on the A20 in Rotterdam, has become the new head office of the TBI companies Croonwolter&dros, Mobilis and Servicis. Property developer OVG Real Estate has let 8,400m2 of office accommodation in MM25 to the companies. ZENBER Architecten is responsible for the interior architecture and innovative working environment while architectural firm Van Dam & Partners took care of the building’s design. The result of the revitalisation is a flexible, future-proof office building that can respond to user preferences and perform even more effectively. The TBI companies J.P. van Eesteren and Croonwolter&dros are responsible for the realisation.

‘SMART Building’ – sustainable and hightech

In the newly-revitalised MM25 building, ZENBER Architecten has created a modern, comfortable and inspirational working environment. Open and transparent, it has a flexible layout that ensures the building fully reflects the organisations’ working styles and preferences. Its aim is to enable people to work together even more effectively. Each floor is divided into working areas in which every employee can choose the most suitable type of workspace for their work. This increases interaction with colleagues and boosts creativity. The new head office for Croonwolter&dros, Mobilis and Servicis features a variety of working environments, project team rooms, various meeting zones and a multifunctional work and restaurant area.

intelligent and tech-ready

The office building is tech-ready, fitted with localisation sensors and an intelligent data infrastructure to collect information about users of the building. This is used to adjust equipment in the building and reduce energy consumption (Energy Label A). LED lighting, a new energy-efficient climate-control system and heat-resistant glass maximise the reduction in energy consumption
