Studio PROTOTYPE and ZENBER Architecten win tender for interior design B73 Ministry of LNV & EZK in The Hague

The monumental building located on the Bezuidenhoutseweg 73 was originally designed by Gijsbert Friedhoff. The subsequent extension was designed by Dam & Partners and completed in 2012. The existing ministry has to comply the new requirements, which are appropriate for a modern and flexible State office. The main focus of the assignment is to increase the level of comfort and sustainability of the orangery, located on the south side of the complex.

Connection is the central theme within the BLOOM vision of studio PROTOYPE & ZENBER Architecten. New connections and relationships are made at various levels, with the central aim of making the user connected again and ‘feeling at home’ with his direct working and meeting environment. A newly designed comfort ensures that the places can be made ‘own’ by the user, in which greenery is an important theme.
