ZENBER designs learning environment for Cartesius 2 Amsterdam
Cartesius 2 is a new, ambitious school with a unique and innovative approach for Vwo+ and Havo pupils. It combines a strong focus on philosophy, ethics, research, artistic education, digital skills, English language skills with a broad academic education in the field of liberal arts and sciences.
Cartesius 2 will move from its current temporary accommodation to an existing school building on the Zeeburgereiland. This building will be developed into a suitable learning environment for Cartesius 2.
ZENBER Architects was asked to design a suitable learning environment with a clear interior signature for Cartesius 2.
