Flexible work environment with multifunctional company restaurant
The task
Nationale-Nederlanden strives to make its financial services more personal and relevant by providing employees with an inspiring workplace. For the Toorop location in Amsterdam, ZENBER Architects was commissioned to design an inviting entrance, a multifunctional company restaurant and a new work environment. The goal was to create spaces that facilitate individual work, collaboration, and hospitality, in line with the NN Way of Working.

ZENBER Architects has created a completely new interior design for the Nationale-Nederlanden Toorop location in Amsterdam. The design includes a welcoming entrance, a modern company restaurant and a flexible work environment that supports employees in both individual and team-oriented activities.
Entrance
The renewed entrance exudes accessibility and professionalism and offers visitors and employees a warm welcome. With an open and modern design, the space becomes a pleasant place to enter and immediately experience the feeling of hospitality.
Company restaurant
The multi-functional company restaurant is designed as a place where employees can relax, collaborate and network. The restaurant offers flexible seating options that allow the use of the space for various purposes, such as lunch, informal meetings and presentations.
