Our way of working? Collaboration, creativity and dialogue
A successful project begins with a thorough introduction, during which we listen to the client’s wishes and vision and together lay the foundation for a strong collaboration. In this phase, we analyze the housing or spatial requirements and conclude with an ambition and vision document, as well as a program of requirements.
After determining the client’s ambitions and wishes, along with conducting the building analysis, the experts at ZENBER begin an integration study. During this phase, the initial ideas and the building are brought together in a functional design, culminating in a test fit or conceptual sketch design.
After the test fit, ZENBER refines the design, carefully integrating client preferences, technical details, and aesthetics. In close collaboration with external advisors, we create an execution-ready design that fully reflects the identity and vision of the client.
After the design phase, the implementation phase begins, where the plan comes to life. ZENBER assists in selecting contractors, evaluates bids, and ensures quality control. The result is a building and interior that align perfectly with the organization’s identity and goals.
